Partner with other organizations dedicated to elevating the teaching profession to improve teacher pay and to integrate Board certification supports with other strategies to elevate teaching, with a focus on teachers of color.

Leverage and adapt the teacher leadership skill building supports of leading organizations as partners in our efforts to mobilize NBCTs as teacher leaders.

• school leaders that provide teacher leadership opportunities
