100Kin10 Project Team: Fostering Communication and Accountability Among Diverse Educators (2021)

Because people of color remain underrepresented among teachers and administrators, educators of color may lack access to peer support or find that reports of hostile work environments are not properly addressed by school and district leadership.

Their goal was to examine potential pathways of communication for teachers to share their experiences with their peers, senior teachers, and administrators; as a way to ensure teachers of color are heard and that district leadership is held accountable for the adverse experiences of teachers.

See their toolkit with their recommendations for improving work environments for teachers of color.
