Train all AFT professional development coordinators and facilitators in culturally and personally relevant pedagogy. Part of the training will involve revising or refining each course from a CRP/PRP lens.

Establish a STEM learning community on SML or AFT's eLearning site. This community will be driven by members and include 100Kin10 and other external partners.

Design, create and implement a series of STEM professional development offerings across all science disciplines as part of our existing professional development conferences, online webinar series and/or online coursework.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

Engage educators in training and other professional development opportunities sponsored by internal and external partners related to curriculum development.
