Provide high quality STEM professional development and on-going support annually to 1,000 teachers who work in schools that qualify for Title I services, have large numbers of Native American or Latino students, and/or are located in rural Arizona communities.

Collaborate with higher education institutions to develop courses that will prepare current and future STEM educators to authentically engage students in their learning through proven pedagogical approaches.

Convene a meeting of organizations who are attempting to tackle the STEM teacher shortage in Arizona to devise a more coordinated approach across the state.
