Will recruit, train, and retain 50 high-quality, accountable STEM teachers (10% will be Aspire Alumni) over the next five years, who will serve our expanding secondary school network impacting over 12,000 students across California. Once in the classroom, the new teachers will receive ongoing, integrated STEM-focused professional learning.

Explore a variety of teacher preparation programs to explore how integrating elements of their programs into our program can ensure new teachers, at both the elementary and secondary level, enter the classroom with the abilities to teach the higher-order thinking skills essential to effective STEM learning.
