We have combined innovative technology with the latest learning science to reimagine professional learning; supporting teachers to Learn by Doing as they tackle problems of practice.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

Support teachers to implement research-based student-centered STEM instruction. If awarded adequate funding, BetterLesson would love to hire and/or contract with STEM educators to build BetterLesson's STEM Master Teacher Project to enhance our existing professional learning services and resources in this field.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• school leaders allocating resources for STEM PD for elementary teachers
• the number of high-quality PD opportunities for STEM teachers
• individualized professional development for teachers
