Provide high-quality professional development on current and relevant STEM content to over 5000 educators. We will also prepare over 1500 of those educators to become leaders, equipped to support other educators in their school, districts or state through mentoring or professional learning experiences.

Engage diverse stakeholders in a coordinated effort to provide high-quality professional learning opportunities grounded in promising research, and collaborate with others to expand the impact and reach of our work, all to ensure effective and sustainable change in the network.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• school leaders allocating resources for STEM PD for elementary teachers
• the number of high-quality PD opportunities for STEM teachers
• PD offerings with up-to-date STEM content
