Demonstrate evidence of collaborative and coordinated engagement with national partners designed to elevate the teaching profession through shared communication, broad dissemination and joint facilitation. Additionally, we will support 10 states in establishing structures that meaningfully engage teachers in recruitment and retention policy efforts.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

All students deserve excellent teaching at every phase of their educational careers. For this reason, CCSSO intends to partner with 100Kin10 to build our network of national collaborators committed to elevating the teaching profession through shared communication, broad dissemination of resources, and joint facilitation. Additionally, we intend to provide technical assistance to at least 10 states in establishing structures that meaningfully engage teachers in recruitment and retention policy efforts. Through our coalition building and state support, we will intentionally focus on promoting equitable access to great STEM teaching, and improving systems and structures to better serve teachers and kids, especially where great STEM teachers are needed most.
