Remain in flux with product research and development as well as expanding coverage to ensure many more STEAM educators are supported by ongoing, dynamic professional learning which equips them to drive impact and joy in learning through play.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

In expanding our coverage, reaching more educators with meaningful Professional Development; as well as, exploring impactful STEM-curricula options for high school, we intend to leverage the network in three ways:
1) identify areas of opportunity from whom we can learn and unpack the critical ingredients which drive results;
2) create pilot programs and iterate to urge improvement on said programming; and
3) create structured opportunities for LEGO Education to obtain critical feedback, accelerating our own improvement strategy.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• school leader understanding of STEM teachers' PD needs
