By 2021, we will...
Find 100Kin10 partners to establish strong examples of Remotely Located Multi-Classroom Leadership, in-person Multi-Classroom Leadership, and Opportunity Culture teacher residencies to prepare new STEM teachers. By 2021, our goal is to have at examples of each to illustrate how these strategies can overcome challenges that schools--especially rural schools--face in providing effective, ongoing support for STEM teachers.

Find partner organizations that can offer Remotely Located Multi-Classroom Leadership to schools that are otherwise unable to offer in-person, subject-specific, intensive, expert coaching to STEM teachers due to small teaching staffs, as well as continuing to expand STEM teachers' access to in-person multi-classroom leaders. Similarly, we seek education preparation providers and districts that wish to capitalize on strong Multi-Classroom Leadership by establishing yearlong, paid teacher residencies for future STEM teachers.
