Recruit 120 STEM teachers.

A minimum 25% of the 120 STEM teachers we recruit will be teachers of color.

All of our STEM teachers will receive Summer Institute training to help meet the diverse learning needs of all students.

To make our work more effective we intend to continue seeking robust tuition and scholarship support opportunities for our STEM teachers.
