Create a model that can be used nationally, while continuing to expand and serve local schools by implementing a mentorship program for local artists. We may also mentor College post and doctorate students who will be MOM providers.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

Expose underrepresented groups of K-5 students to high quality STEM coursework, TPS will work with our partners in mutually-reinforcing and complementary ways in designing, adapting and implementing solutions that build on what does and does not work, including articulating clear goals, using evidence to learn about progress toward them, and course-correcting as needed to achieve them.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• time for teachers to experiment with STEM instructional strategies
• the number of high-quality PD opportunities for STEM teachers
• equitable exposure to high-quality STEM coursework
