Continue to be a majority Person of Color community of teachers and mentors. And we will be closer to truly representing the student communities we serve.

Have trained 70 STEM teacher mentors and will have influenced 20 school districts across California in high quality STEM mentoring.

Have developed 12 strong LEA and teacher preparation partnerships while influencing 20 STEM residency partnerships across the state.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

Recruit and retain beginning teachers and mentors who are representative of the communities they serve.

Build capacity in our mentors as teacher leaders so they are empowered to drive their own learning and influence mentors and districts across the state.

Build capacity in our LEA and teacher preparation partners to they are able to sustain the work without Trellis' support.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• collaboration between local districts and teacher prep programs
• diversity of STEM teachers
• PD opportunities for STEM mentor teachers
