This Community came together to explore how to support high school STEM teachers to meaningfully highlight and engage students around unconventional STEM career pathways, particularly to ensure access to these careers for students from underrepresented groups.

They created a toolkit for teachers and educators that informs them on how to bring more visibility to content classes about the different pathways a student could take to get into a STEM career.
