100Kin10 Project Team: Teacher Ed Case Studies (2017)
This Project Team is creating a series of case studies that relate to pre-service STEM teacher education within each Project Team Member organization, and disseminating best practices to the 100Kin10 network.
The Teacher Education Case Studies Project Team is led by the USC Rossier School of Education. Project Members include the Ingenuity Center at UT Tyler, UTeach Institute, Teach for America National, Teach for America California Capital Valley, and High Tech High.
Together, these 6 organization are identifying and documenting the current strengths and success of each team member's various teacher preparation programs to learn from one another's unique experiences across online and in-person programs, various target age groups, and other typologies. The resulting case studies will be analyzed and broader lessons and best practices will be shared with the 100Kin10 network.
