Code Nation's Teacher Led Pilot: Findings and Recommendations

Watch "Teacher Led Programming: Pilot Findings and Recommendations", a recorded "Steal This" presentation from Code Nation.

In the 2019-20 school year, Code Nation piloted a new program model hoping to lower costs and increase reach to more students in New York City and the Bay Area. This brief presentation describes our process of piloting the program and what we learned.

About Code Nation: Code Nation equips students in under-resourced high schools with the skills, experiences, and connections that together create access to careers in technology.

Presenters: Carolynn Jimenez (carolynn.jimenez@codenation.org) and Emily Garvey (emily.garvey@codenation.org), Code Nation

This video is part of our 2020 series of "Steal This" Sessions, in which partners share approaches and lessons learned with the broader 100Kin10 network to adapt and use to address the Grand Challenges in their own organizations and communities. Typically, "Steal This" Sessions take place at 100Kin10's Annual Partner Summit. Because we convened virtually for our 2020 Summit, partners are sharing their "Steal This" sessions as remotely self-recorded videos this year!
