Engage at least six schools implementing our personalized learning model to promote school collaboration through cross-school visits and professional development sessions, allowing educators to share best practices and address problems of practice together.

Work with school leaders to select, train, and support 50 math teacher leaders to act as instructional and culture leaders for math teacher teams implementing our personalized learning model.

Partner with districts that value and protect collaborative time for teachers and seek expertise from organizations with experience in inter-school teacher collaboration, to learn best practices and improve our approach.

Clearly communicate the expectations of teacher leaders to school partners and prioritize partnering with schools that value teacher leaders as change makers.
