Train 20 educator leaders as educator-authors of high-quality, open STEM resources for classrooms and informal learning settings, publishing the resources on Science Friday's website, and facilitating trainings for 150 educators to implement the resources themselves and discover other exceptional STEM lesson plans.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

To deepen the impact of our programming, we intend to document and share broadly how changes to our educator-authorship program measurably improve professional joy, camaraderie, creativity, and most importantly the quality of the instructional materials they generate, in currencies that are relevant to state and school-level administrators.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• teachers' ability to identify high-quality STEM instructional resources
