By 2021, we will...

Produce 750 graduates annually. The Institute will work to expand production of UTeach graduates at established programs to an average of 40 graduates per year. We will expand the UTeach program to 30 additional universities over the next six years. By 2030, our goal is to produce 3,000 graduates annually, accounting for 10% of all new STEM teacher production.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

Continue to work closely with the National UTeach Network by actively engaging these experts in improvement activities and research surrounding STEM education to further improve the UTeach model and university-based STEM teacher preparation. We also intend to continue to support UTeach alumni and various K-12 initiatives designed to strengthen STEM teaching and learning.
