Renew our efforts to collaborate and influence our 100Kin10 partners to provide support and share best practices to build human capital strategies to recruit, select, deploy, and retain the best STEM teachers.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

Continue to work with districts and State Departments of Education to track significant data points in the areas of supply and demand, the effectiveness of teachers produced by traditional teacher education programs and alternative preparation programs. Additionally, we will continue to work with principals and principal managers on the importance of their role in retaining outstanding STEM teachers.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• school leaders that provide teacher leadership opportunities
• state tracking of STEM teacher supply and demand
