Continue our evolution from a campus-based solution to a system-based solution by providing customized solutions for Local Education Agencies to implement research-based K-12 solutions that leverage NMSI's core programs (College Readiness Program, Laying the Foundation and UTeach), custom solutions (Train the Trainer Support, Teacher Villages and more), while also bringing research-based partner programming to districts to address a comprehensive set of STEM education needs, including the preparation and retention of effective STEM teachers.

Is there anything else you intend to do to maximize your impact via the network?

Expand our support for local education agencies through direct NMSI programming and through partners' programming to include integrated early childhood and elementary STEM teaching, a deeper focus on support for new STEM teachers through high-quality new teacher supports and direct support for LEA leaders.

Challenges this organization is addressing:

• districts providing high-quality induction for new STEM teachers
• collaboration between education and STEM departments in teacher preparation
• equitable exposure to high-quality STEM coursework
