Produce 200 new STEM teachers.

Train new and experienced teachers in computer science teaching. USM has recently created the Maryland Center for Computing Education. Beginning in Summer 2019, we anticipate training approximately 200 new teachers in computer science and computational thinking. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every school in the state has access to high quality computer science.
